chickadee houses

One of the most favorite backyard feeder birds are chickadees. These are petite black, white and gray birds that flit from place to place. They are very friendly and are considered the darlings of the backyard feeding world. Generally, chickadees take one seed and fly away to it and before returning for more.

Welcome these cheery creatures into your backyard by filling chickadee houses with their favorite foods such as sunflower seeds, peanuts and suet. Chickadees are very vocal. They call their mates when they find food or to give out warnings. They are very good at finding food sources and are easy to attract to feeders.
