If you are a first time mom or dad, shopping for your baby’s nursery could be both daunting and exciting. You have probably already been bombarded with unsolicited advice on what to buy for your baby. If you go to a baby store, some of them might give you an extensive list of “must haves” which might make you even more confused. It is best to stick to the basics; get a crib first. Choose from round cribs, oval cribs and rectangular cribs.
The crib is the most important furniture for your baby’s room. You will have to decide what size you want, what shape and what other stuff you want with the crib. Round cribs are vintage inspired. Rectangular and oval cribs are modern and contemporary. You can also decide whether you want a wooden crib or a plastic foldable and portable crib.
