round baby crib

Parents who choose a round crib over the traditional rectangle shape are likely attracted to the unique form. A round baby crib, however, has other advantages. They take up less space. Putting a round crib in the middle of a nursery room will allow for other furniture to be set against the walls. Another advantage is that it has no sharp corners that can be harmful to the baby. It also makes preparation of the crib trouble-free as access is easy from all sides.

If there are advantages, there are also disadvantages. For one, readymade bedding for a round crib can be difficult to find. Round cribs are not also very practical for those who want to make full use of it. While rectangular cribs can be converted to toddler beds, this is not possible with round cribs. At this point you will not have a choice but to give it away or store it in the attic.
