More and more people are caring about the environment. As a result, many are spending time outdoors or bringing the outdoors into their home. That’s one of the reasons why ratten garden furniture is so popular these days. Not only are furniture made from ratten beautiful, they won’t harm the environment as well. Ratten is so abundant unlike hard wood.
In my heritage country located in the Southeast Asia, ratten is plentiful and cheap. I grew up with ratten garden furniture. Because of our tropical climate rattan furniture didn’t last very long. Moisture will cause it to mold over time. It’s best to keep it indoors or in the patio. You can also get synthetic ratten. It last longer and looks the same. Sometimes it’s very hard to tell them apart.
