You should always have a pond maintenance schedule to make sure your pond is clean. It may be a chore, but with the tools and equipment available out there, the job has become faster and easier. There is nothing worse than a pond that is dark, murky, and stinky. And when you have aquatic animals in your pond, it is necessary to have clean pond water all the time to ensure their health.

There are pumps, filters, bacteria, and other supplies to help you maintain your pond. You should also have rakes, nets, or blowers to remove sticks, leaves, and other debris that is floating on the water. There are pond brushes as well, so you can clean everything in and around your pond. A pond vacuum is also available to clean pond floors. Your pond will look clean and beautiful when it is properly maintained.
