garden memorial plaques

Having three children at home means also having a veritable menagerie of four-legged creatures. Unfortunately, pets die or run away. To commemorate those special pets that have passed on, get some garden memorial plaques made. You can inscribe your pets’ names on them and place them around your garden. This way, you and your children will always have them in your minds and hearts.

I’ve had my Labrador named Buster since I was 14. When he died last year, my husband went out and got a garden memorial plaque made for him. He took Buster’s ashes and they were mixed into the materials used to make the plaque. He had the words, “Forever a faithful companion” etched onto the plaque. Every time I miss Buster, I just go outside and sit beside his memorial plaque.
