Sometimes there just isn’t enough space for even a small garden. Those living in townhouses and condominiums will relate to this. You will have to settle for potted plants along the driveway. Forget about statues and trellises. But don’t despair. You can still enjoy flowering plants in a pretty pot like a wrought iron window box.

Window boxes are the solution to those living in condominiums and townhouses who still want to enjoy some greenery. Again, choosing the right plants will be the key in a healthy window box display. Because of their location, they are often not accessible to rainwater. They will have to be watered manually. Add a professional look to your arrangement by alternating upright plants with crawling ivy. Choose plants with differing shades and sizes of foliage.
