The sight of plants in our home can be really refreshing. They can even make your guests feel at home if they are greeted by plants at the patio. When space is an issue, hanging planters would be perfect. In fact, these are very popular in townhouses and condominiums. You will see them typically hanging on a balcony, veranda or front door.

Hanging planters can be made of various durable materials such as wrought iron or cedar. Some are made of wire frame with sphagnum moss or coco fiber lining. The growth of plants is better with these planters for several reasons. Air circulation is better and they do not fall on the ground. This could also eliminate possible soil borne diseases that could cause the death of your plants.
