Gardening offers many benefits. The most obvious benefit of gardening is the satisfaction of harvesting produce and seeing it on your dining table. Even children who are not keen on eating vegetables will be enticed to eat it just because it was grown in your garden. Gardening is also a form of exercise. Spending a few hours outdoors doing gardening chores is tantamount to spending time in the gym.
Harvesting garden produce is a great stress reliever. But often, insects and animals get to your plants before you can harvest it. You wake up one morning to find that worms have bored holes in the leaves and rabbits have feasted on the fruits. Don’t stress. There are products that can be of help. Hot pepper wax for plants is a natural repellent for insects and animals. It can be a big help in deterring insects and animals from feasting on your plants.
