We spend a third of our lives asleep. Sleep is a necessity to our overall health and well being. Sleep is the time our body recharges and rebuild. Given the importance of sleep, shouldn’t we make it as comfortable as possible? To make our afternoon naps more comfortable get a polyester hammock.

Afternoon naps are vital. They have been shown to reduce incidents of heart disease. Even naps of 20 to 30 minutes in the afternoon will help. The Europeans had it right all along. Siestas will make you healthier and more productive. If you don’t have a bed to nap, get a polyester hammock. They can be hung from virtually anywhere. What’s more, you can pack them up easily after you use them. Personally, I prefer to sleep in a hammock instead of a bed in the afternoons. I wake up more alert. I don’t feel sluggish when I wake up like when I sleep on a bed.
