tabletop solar chime

I have writer’s block. I have been doodling in my paper for hours now and I am still unable to write anything. Not even an introduction. So I go outside to find some inspiration.

On the table in the middle of our garden is a tabletop solar chime. I didn’t notice it was there; my mother probably bought this the other day when she went to a bazaar. It had a pretty violet dome, a spiral body, and three delicate-looking chimes. I was intrigued by its color; later, when a breeze came and the chimes sounded along with it, a sudden memory came into mind and that memory pushed me back into writing. Suddenly the tension was gone, and I knew I would be able to finish writing today.
