An urban planner might commission artists to do wall murals, sculptures and other art pieces for a modern community. Most modern communities especially in apartment or housing clusters target upscale families. These families have traveled the world and appreciate modern art. They like living in places that do not look like ordinary neighborhoods but rather places with amenities that adapt to their lifestyle.
