Pick out your nursery furniture with care. Make sure that the crib meets safety standards. You will want to take your time as there are many design styles available. You can choose from a traditional or a contemporary design. Fitting it with a mattress and beddings will be just as serious but fun.
Storage is an important item in any nursery. You will already have a starting point if you choose a changing table fitted with drawers or shelves. As the baby grows and gather more things that will not be enough. Additional closets will be needed. It will be practical to have one where tiny clothes could hang, with shelves for toys and books. Be sure to leave enough space for a photo frame as you will certainly have a nice picture to display.
