At some time or another, you will have to face the fact that your windows need replacing. It is not an earth shaking problem. After all new replacement windows are available that will match most existing windows. They are even better than the old windows in that they are now manufactured to be energy efficient. Visit your favorite hardware store and check them out.
They are available in all shapes, size and configuration. You will find them in wood, fiberglass, aluminum, vinyl and combinations of these materials. Each will have its own advantages and disadvantages but if you choose one that is energy efficient, it will definitely be an advantage. Now, your next problem is how to install replacement windows.
