One of the most popular dishes throughout all Spanish-speaking areas in the world is paella. It originated from the Valencia region in Spain and consists of white rice, meat, beans, vegetables and seasoning. The principal ingredient that turns the rice yellow is saffron. In some coastal areas, seafood often replaces the meat as fish are more plentiful there.

The cookware used for paella is the paellera or paella pan. It is a large, round and shallow steel pan with two handles. With it, you can cook paella in large quantities at home that you can serve to family members and even guests. The dish keeps all day and until the next day as it doesn’t spoil easily.
