An Elegant Light

When you become a designer you need to pay attention to details. When I was renovating my apartment I read so many magazines on homes and interiors. I had a particular look in mind. I showed pegs of how I wanted my place to look like to my designer. When it was time to buy the furniture, the lighting fixtures, I could not decide on the details. When I was shown an array of Tiffany style torchiere lamps I could not choose. They were all so lovely.

A torchiere is a lamp that is shaped to look like a torch. The Tiffany style torchiere that my designer recommended was perfect for my place. It took up a small space since it had a small base only. The lamp was tall enough to illuminate my living room. It was definitely a worthy investment.
